HH_22001 This beautiful open plan Florida style Villa offers a generous 420 sqm of living space on 988 sqm of land. There is also a detached carport and a concrete perimeter wall with a steel gate. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home has hardwod floors in all three bedrooms with the rest of the home tiled throughout. Each bedroom has a built in A/C unit. All of the windows and frames are warp-proof aluminium with tinted glass. The insulate C-Pac Monier tile roof is attached to a heavy duty welded steel framing and all the peripheral and transverse beams upon which the roof system rests are poured steel reinforced concrete comprising a solid integrated unit.
