Construction: The Villa is built on 12 meter concrete piles, designed for a 4-storey house with pool. The concrete has been supplied by CPAC. All floors and the pool tiling is waterproof 280°. The house has been built by the current owner under Scandinavian qualiy standards. Waterpipes aremade out of German PPR (instead the ordinary PVC / copper pipes) with an expected lifetime of 50-80 years.

Windows and doors: All windows and sliding doors with white powder-coated aluminium and heat reflecting glass. All doors in hardwood and the rails in teak.
